2021 Christmas Orders, Deadline, Shipping
November 4, 2021
It's that time of year again, when everyone is shopping for Christmas. We are letting you know now about our policies regarding orders for the holidays. With what is going on with supply issues, shipping issues and everything else, it is always wise to order as early as possible. That has never been more important than it is this year. We forsee the possibility of not being able to get some of the blanks, wood and other materials we use in the making of our products.
With that being said, the official cutoff for Christmas orders is December 1, 2021.
What this means is that we will make every possible effort to ship out orders placed by that date in order for them to arrive in time for gift giving. We ship via United States Postal Service, and we follow their guidelines for shipping times. Please understand that once we ship a package, we have no control over when or where it will be delivered. If you have entered your email address correctly at check out, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information. (Check your spam folder if you don't see one.) When you see that your package is out for delivery, be sure that someone is there to receive it when it arrives. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order contains a custom door mat, tote bag or garden flag, those items ship from a local production company whose schedule is different from ours. We recommend ordering those as soon as possible if you want them for Christmas.
If you order after December 1, we will still ship your order as soon as possible, but keep in mind that Black Friday is the weekend before, and our biggest event of the year, The Gateway Dirt Nationals, is that first weekend in December. We will be extremely busy, and that means orders may get backed up.
In summary, here are the highlights:
- Place Christmas orders ASAP
- Official Cutoff is December 1 if you need an order for Christmas
- Make sure someone will be there to receive your package (ship to your work if need be)
- We will still take orders after December 1, but they may not make it in time for Christmas gift giving.
Thank you so much to our loyal customers. We appreciate you bearing with us through the craziness of the past two years, and for your amazing support. We plan to be around for a long time to come, with your help and encouragement.
