We headed out from Tulsa back to St. Louis on Sunday morning, arriving in Springfield, Missour just in time for lunch. Our desination was Lost Signal Brewing Company, which is a favorite, not just for the beer, but for their delicious bar-b-que!

For lunch, we split a plate of brisket tacos and some mac and cheese. I had the tacos last time we were there, and I already knew that's what I wanted again. Topped with cole slaw, and served in a not too crispy, not too soft shell, they are one of my favorite road trip dishes. Lucky for me, they also serve a hard cider from St. James Winery in St. James, Missouri, so I was a happy camper.

Lost Signal is a nice sized place, located inside on old radio station, right on Historic Route 66. The signal tower is still there, which makes it really easy to find.
